EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND SHIPPING
EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND SHIPPING when making an order ONLINE:
We will exchange items returned in their original packaging in an unused, undamaged and unsoiled condition within 14 days of receipt. IN ALL CIRCUMSTANCES POSTAGE MUST BE PAID FOR BY THE CUSTOMER. In the event that the items are being returned due to a fault in manufacture or because we have sent an incorrect item no delivery costs will be charged. For hygiene reasons, tights and socks cannot be exchanged.
You have 28 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. All items must be returned in their original packaging in an unused, undamaged and unsoiled condition. Once we have inspected the shoes or garments, we will immediately notify you on the status of your refund. We will refund the total cost of the items but not the delivery charges.
PLEASE NOTE we do not provide a “trying on” service via the website unless pre-arranged between ourselves and the customer. When purchasing multiple BALLROOM and LATIN shoes in the same brand and style but different sizes/heels/colours, a restocking fee of £5.00 will be charged for the additional pairs when returned (if ordering 2 pairs, the charge will apply to the second pair, if ordering 3 pairs the charge will apply to the second and third pair). Likewise, if multiple shoes are ordered in the same size and same heel but you want to look at styles, the second, third etc pair will incur a £5.00 re-stocking charge. As a small Specialist Independent Business this is not financially viable for us and we hope you understand our position on this. Any sum debited to us from your credit card will be credited to your account. In the event that the shoes or garments are being returned due to a fault in manufacture or because we have sent an incorrect item, no postage or restocking fee will be charged.
WE DO NOT REFUND “MADE TO ORDER” ITEMS, however in some individual cases, we will offer an exchange. For hygiene reasons, tights and socks cannot be exchanged.
We ship worldwide. Within the UK, we use Royal Mail Signed For 1st Class and for countries in Europe and the Rest of the World, Royal Mail will deliver your items to an International airport for transit overseas. Upon arrival, the National Postal Service of each particular country will take over. If you would like us to send your items with DHL please email us at email@example.com. We are happy to arrange this for you and we will charge you separately for this service.
Shipping rates are solely dependent on weight and at Checkout, this will be calculated.
BREXIT AND SHIPPING TO THE EU. Please note we have removed UK tax from all Ballroom and Latin shoes that we send to the EU. Although this will reduce the initial price, you, the customer, may be required to pay customs/handling fees upon arrival. Costs will depend on each individual destination. Unfortunately these fees are beyond our control but we will aim to minimise additional charges as much as is possible. SHIPPING TO THE “REST OF THE WORLD” WILL NOT BE AFFECTED.
