Resistance bands are designed to support a range of exercises. They help with both flexibility and strength. Bands are particularly effective for dancers preparing for pointe work. Also excellent for injury recovery exercises. We hand cut these to 1.75 metres so that you have plenty of band to work with …. you can cut them if they are too long.
Choice of 3 weights – Light (red), Medium (blue) and Heavy (black).
They can target specific areas in need of strengthening.
If you are new to these bands, we would recommend always starting with the light weight.
