SHIPPING:
We ship worldwide. Within the UK, we use Royal Mail Signed For 1st Class and for countries in Europe and the Rest of the World, Royal Mail will deliver your items to an International airport for transit overseas. Upon arrival, the National Postal Service of each particular country will take over. If you would like us to send your items with DHL please email us at info@duodance.co.uk. We are happy to arrange this for you and we will charge you separately for this service.
Shipping rates are solely dependent on weight and at Checkout, this will be calculated.
BREXIT AND SHIPPING TO THE EU. Please note we have removed UK tax from all Ballroom and Latin shoes that we send to the EU. Although this will reduce the initial price, you, the customer, may be required to pay customs/handling fees upon arrival. Costs will depend on each individual destination. Unfortunately these fees are beyond our control but we will aim to minimise additional charges as much as is possible. SHIPPING TO THE “REST OF THE WORLD” WILL NOT BE AFFECTED.
